I am a Prue Leith-trained chef with over 20 years’ experience, from cooking for private clients whilst living in London, to helping set up a boutique hotel in Fiji. Now, I am based in Cumbria on my family’s estate with a shoot and 6 miles of river. I am therefore accomplished in catering for fishing and shooting parties, though I love to cook for all types of gatherings.

I provide a beautiful service which allows my clients to relax and enjoy their time as much as their guests. Whether the event is large or small, I always use the best quality produce sourced locally. My clients and I spend an enjoyable time discussing their requirements so that my catering is tailor-made for them. From a shoot luncheon or children’s party, to a weekend house party, christening, wedding, funeral wake or a special anniversary, I can assure you of an elegant and first class service.
